We lend against commercial revenue generation properties and the amortization period can extend to 25 years depending on vairous factors. The LTV (loan to value) ranges from 50% to 70%.

The interest rates offered are both fixed and floating. The floating rates are linked to the Prime rate and the fixed rate loans are linked to the CAD bond rates of similar maturity.
